Legendary Country Artist Undergoes Treatment After Cardiac Emergency in Nashville

Country music legend Ray Stevens, 86, is recovering in a Nashville hospital after suffering a mild heart attack on July 4th. He underwent successful minimally invasive heart surgery on July 8th and is now out of ICU and starting physical therapy.

Due to his condition, all performances at his CabaRay Showroom are canceled through July 2025. Fans and artists have flooded his page with support, and his team says, “Everything is still beautiful!” Stevens remains a beloved figure with a career spanning over six decades.
